1 Introduction

Scoopy Pro ("we," "our," or "us") provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial customers in select areas of Texas. As part of our service, we offer an online customer portal ("Portal") at my.scoopypro.com and a marketing website at www.scoopypro.com (collectively, the "Site").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Site, Portal, and all related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Service Description

Scoopy Pro provides scheduled pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties. Our services include:

Scheduled yard cleanups (weekly, bi-weekly, or twice weekly)
One-time deep cleanups
Spot deodorizing (included)
Wysiwash sanitizing (add-on)
Commercial/HOA service (by quote)

Service availability depends on your location and our current route coverage.

3 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account through our website. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@scoopypro.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4 Service Scheduling & Property Access

By subscribing, you grant Scoopy Pro permission to access your property at scheduled service times. You will receive a text notification approximately 30 minutes before each visit.

Important: All pets must be secured indoors during service visits for the safety of our team and your animals.

If pets are not secured or access is not available, the visit may be skipped and noted in your portal.

Gates are double-checked upon completion of every visit and photo confirmation is uploaded to your customer portal.

5 Pricing & Payment

All pricing is displayed on our website and confirmed during signup. Prices are based on the number of dogs and frequency of service. Applicable taxes will be added to the displayed per-visit rate.

Payment is processed automatically through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis according to your service plan.

We do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice via email or through your customer portal.

6 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts or long-term commitments required.

Cancel by contacting us at info@scoopypro.com or through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or partial billing periods.

If you are unsatisfied with a specific visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right under our satisfaction guarantee.

7 Service Pauses & Skips

You may pause or skip individual visits by notifying us in advance through your customer portal or by contacting our team. You will not be charged for visits properly skipped or paused in advance.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel visits due to severe weather conditions, in which case we will notify you promptly.

8 Communications & Notifications

By creating an account and subscribing to our services, you agree to receive the following communications from Scoopy Pro:

Transactional Communications (required for service delivery)

  • Service appointment reminders and arrival notifications via SMS
  • Email confirmations of service completion
  • Invoices and payment receipts via email
  • Account notifications (password resets, subscription changes, billing updates)

Transactional communications are necessary for service delivery and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active subscription.

Promotional Communications (optional)

From time to time, we may send promotional offers, seasonal discounts, referral program announcements, or service updates to your email address. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by contacting us at info@scoopypro.com.

SMS/Text Messages

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.

9 Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 48 hours at info@scoopypro.com or (832) 852-3393, and we will re-service your yard at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers the quality of service performed and does not cover issues outside our control, such as new waste deposited after service completion.

10 Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Ensure safe and clear access to your yard on scheduled service days
  • Secure all pets indoors during service visits
  • Notify us of any property hazards (aggressive animals, broken fencing, chemical treatments, construction)
  • Maintain accurate account and payment information
  • Comply with applicable local laws and HOA rules regarding pet waste and property maintenance

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoopy Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scoopy Pro, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your failure to secure pets or provide safe property access; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Scoopy Pro or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

14 Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers for payment processing (Stripe), email communications (Amazon Web Services), and business communications (Dialpad). Your use of these integrated services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our Site and updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scoopy Pro regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
